How to Download Your Purchases

This page explains how digital downloads work on my website and what to expect after completing your purchase.

What Happens After You Place an Order

After checkout and payment, your order will be temporarily placed on “On Hold” status.

This is normal and expected at this time.

Due to current payment plugin configuration, all digital orders are reviewed manually to ensure:

  • Payment transaction is successful
  • Files will be delivered securely
  • No broken or missing downloads occur

I am actively working on improving this system so future orders can be delivered automatically.

When Will You Receive Your Download?

Once your payment has been verified and approved, you will receive your download in one or more of the following ways:

1. By Email

You will receive an email containing your secure download link(s).

2. Through Your Account Page

If you created an account during checkout, you can access your files by logging in and going to:
My Account → Downloads

3. On the Order Confirmation Page

After approval, the download link may also appear directly on your order page.

⏱ Processing Time:
Please allow up to 24 hours for manual review.
Most orders are completed much sooner.

Why There is a Manual Review?

I understand instant downloads are ideal, and I truly appreciate your patience.

At this stage:

  • My payment gateway places orders on hold by default
  • This is a technical configuration issue, not a problem with your payment
  • Your order will not be forgotten or skipped

I am a small, independent digital creator, and every purchase truly means a lot.

While I work on optimizing my payment and download system, please know that:

  • Your purchase is safe
  • Your files are guaranteed
  • I am personally monitoring all orders
